📜 Terms & Conditions – Climax Nature Experience

Introduction

Welcome to Climax Nature Experience. By booking a safari, tour, or related service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both you and us.

1. Bookings & Payments

A deposit of 30–40% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking.

The balance must be paid 2 months before the start date of your safari.

Gorilla & chimpanzee permits are only secured after deposit payment and are non-refundable.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Refunds are subject to lodge, airline, and activity provider policies.
Gorilla & chimp permits are strictly non-refundable once issued.
If you cancel:

60+ days before safari: refund minus deposits & permits

30–59 days: 50% refund

Less than 30 days: no refund

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Safari Itineraries

While we do our best to follow the planned itinerary, circumstances like weather, road conditions, or wildlife movement may cause changes.
We reserve the right to adjust activities, routes, or accommodations for safety and logistical reasons.

4. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for safari activities (e.g., trekking).
Required vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever) and travel insurance are your responsibility.
Always follow the guidance of our safari guides and park rangers.

5. Travel Insurance

All travelers are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance that covers:

Medical emergencies
Evacuation
Trip cancellations
Lost or stolen property

6. Liability

Climax Nature Experience acts as a tour operator and works with third-party lodges, airlines, and activity providers.
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, accidents, border closures, etc.).
